ShadowCursor provides a Windows desktop app, account access, an Access key supplied for the connected service, and prepaid usage tokens. macOS is coming soon.
Account service: Google sign-in, credit balance, desktop Access key generation, and Razorpay checkout use the connected account portal. Desktop downloads are currently paused. macOS is coming soon.
2. Windows download and Access key
The download page provides the portable Windows preview. Windows 10/11 on a 64-bit PC and internet access are required. Download time depends on your connection. The development build is unsigned.
After account activation, ShadowCursor provides the Access key used by a compatible Windows release to connect to the service. The current preview is being updated to accept that key. Protect the key and do not download modified software from an untrusted source.
3. Token delivery and recharge
Choose a ₹199 or ₹499 credit recharge, or a custom whole-rupee amount from ₹500 to ₹10,000. Your dashboard shows your available prepaid balance in INR.
Credit is linked to the signed-in account and is added after the payment provider webhook is verified. A return-page message, pending transaction, or failed payment is not confirmation that credit has been delivered. Refresh your dashboard to check the actual balance; contact support if verified payment has not appeared within 24 hours.
4. Delivery support
Contact support@shadowcursor.in for download, activation, or recharge issues. Include the account email and, for a payment issue, the date, amount, and payment/order reference. Never include an Access key or payment authentication details. We will investigate delayed delivery and provide the remedy required by the refund policy and applicable law.
